Evelina Bozhikova graduated in law at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridsky” in 1980 and since 1982 is admitted as a member of the Bar of Plovdiv, Bulgaria. In 1993 she completed a specialization in German Corporate and Trade Law in one of the most prestigious law firms in Cologne /Germany/ – “Wirtz&Kraneis”. The active practice of Evelina Bozhikova is specialized predominantly in legal protection of the corporate interests of companies and municipalities. She is actively involved in lawsuits for the appeal of administrative acts, the judgments on which have not only private but also public interest implications. Evelina Bozhikova has significant and successful experience in Tax Law cases. Since 2009 Evelina Bozhikova is a member of the Business Expert Council of Plovdiv and as such she actively participates in the organization’s efforts for the creation of better business environment in Plovdiv. Evelina Bozhikova is fluent in German and has a good knowledge of English and Russian.
